She has earned the SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and is certified to work with people aged 55 and over to help with their varying housing needs.  She is part of a team called New Chapters which specializes in retirement housing solutions.   New Chapters' goal is to guide people through the process of moving into the "New Chapters" in your life, while keeping in mind fincancial, medical, lifestyle and location considerations.  They can aid through assesing your housing needs, referring professional services and representing you as a buyer or seller.  New Chapters provides monthly Senior Citizen seminars which cover many topics of interest and importance to people 55 and over.

Another program that Deb is involved in is "Home From Work" which is a  WHEDA-sponsored program encouraging businesses to provide housing education and incentives to their employees.  She presents programs to the business owners/managers and does educational seminars to employees seeking information on buying a home.  She knows the importance of happy employees to recruitment and retention for a company.  Home ownership makes for happy employees.

 

Deb is also a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) and is a CSP (Certified Staging Professional) affiliate member.  She can help home owners to present their home in the best possible way for sale.
